3. So,the animals which live in these habitats have specific characteristics weather condition.

                   Living In Extremely Cold Weather!

1. Animals that live in very cold weather include polar bears,arctic foxes,penguins,walruses and whales.
2. Animals that live in this region have the following characteristics and behaviour:

  a)Thick Fur

•   Polar bears and artic foxes have thick fur.
• Thick fur keeps them warm by trapping air and preventing the loss of heat.

b)Thick Layer Of Fat.

• Penguins,whales,walruses and polar bears have thick layer of fat under their skin.
• The layer of fat helps to keep them warm.
